  1. Start with a Coach led session to learn fundamentals and gather the tools to make the best use of the services. ($60 Value)

  2. Schedule a 60 Min Private Contrast Therapy session and see how you apply those tools with a solo sessions. ($70 Value)

  3. Step into the heat with a 30 Min Solo Sauna Session. ($40 Value)

Take a deep breath and elevate your experience with our recommended breathwork protocols. Small Group Classes

Join one of our certified coaches to guide you through breath exploration while guiding you through the cold. Whether this is your first time plunging or you’re a seasoned vet that enjoys a community experience then this is the session for you.

Solo Experience

Private Sessions

Book a private suite for a solo sauna or contrast therapy session. Put those head phones in to follow our guided breathing protocols or vibe out with your own playlists. Some of our suites allow for guests. Bring guests to join you for only $25.
